Executive Chairman

After joining Sony Corporation in 1991, Shiiki Ryuta was stationed in Singapore from 1992 and in Vietnam from 1995, and was selected as a member of the launch team of ANIPLEX in 1997. Since 2003, he has been working as a consulting producer for HASBRO, Inc. and has produced worldwide hit cartoons such as Transformers and GI Joe.In 2006, he made a big hit with the DLE original work "Eagle Talon.” He is currently the owner of seven companies including DLE. His daughter is Rika Shiiki, a well-known entrepreneur. The father and daughter have made numerous media appearances together. Author of "High School Girl Entrepreneur: Learning to Run a Business.

In addition, he is also one of the proud owners of the professional soccer team Coventry City in England, and is authoring a new book in partnership with Forbes Magazine, entitled, “The Great Re:Write."

Shojiro “Sean” Ito

Shojiro “Sean” Ito, a business agent in the entertainment industry and a marketing/branding expert, joined Avex in 1996 after graduating from the Faculty of Business and Commerce, Keio University. He was responsible for the promotion of top domestic and international artists, including Grammy Award-winning artists. After that, he established Avex Sports Inc. in 2013. As president and CEO, he managed professional and top amateur athletes, including MLB players, Japanese national team players, and Olympic gold medalists. He also developed marketing for sports teams and organizations. In 2017, as GM of International Business, he successfully led the expansion of a global brand produced by the world's top artists into Japan. Former President of Avex Sports Inc.. Board Director (Head of Business Development, CAA)

CAA’s involvement is led by its Head of Business Development Michael Yanover. While at CAA, Yanover has represented major technology companies, including Amazon, Tencent, Cisco and Line. He has also been a co-founder of several businesses on behalf of CAA and its clients, like Haus Laboratories with Lady Gaga, Funny or Die with Will Ferrell, EmpowerEDU (sold to Qualcomm) and WhoSay (sold to Viacom). Yanover has also led several CAA investments, such as JBrand Jeans, Charlotte Tilbury, Patreon and Medium. Yanover also serves as a founding director of the Alliance for Southern California Innovation.

After graduating from Waseda University's Faculty of Sports Science, he joined a Japanese IT company. Since 2011, he has been involved in the global expansion of famous Korean and Japanese fashion, cosmetics brands and D2C brands, including the Korean entertainment company and Korean artists' entry into Japan. Since 2016, he has experienced the launch of e-sports and influencer marketing businesses, and has since been involved in various new and overseas businesses, mainly in Japan and Korea. Now he is currently also an executive producer of Future Lab Team, DLE Inc.
